Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver all over Nepal. Delivery inside the Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur) is free. For deliveries outside the Kathmandu Valley, a delivery charge applies as explained below.

2. Delivery Charges Outside Kathmandu Valley

Delivery charges outside the Kathmandu Valley depend on:

• Your delivery location
• Courier / transport cost to reach that location
• The size of your order
• Current market rate for delivery

Where available, you may be offered a choice of:

• Same-day / faster delivery — for an extra delivery charge, where this service is available to your location.
• Normal delivery — usually around 5 days, with a regular delivery charge based on market rate and your order amount.

3. Confirmation Before Dispatch

The final delivery charge and expected delivery time for your order will be confirmed by phone or order follow-up before your order is dispatched, so there are no surprises.

4. Delivery Address & Location Pin

At checkout, we always require your phone number and city. In addition, you must provide either:

• A written delivery address, or
• A delivery pin placed on the map

The map pin is a helpful addition for our delivery team, but it isn't the only way to tell us where you are — if "Use my current location" (GPS) doesn't work on your device, you can simply move the map manually to place your pin, or rely on your written address instead.

5. Delivery Note

You can add an optional note at checkout for anything that helps our delivery person find you faster — for example a landmark, floor number, gate colour, or specific delivery instructions.

6. Your Responsibility

Please make sure your phone number and address (or note) are correct and reachable. Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may delay your order or require us to contact you again before dispatch.
