All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Payment is made independently through your own mobile banking or payment app; you then provide us with a payment reference or transaction code so we can verify your payment. We do not collect or store card or bank account details directly on this website.

5. Discount Codes

Discount codes are issued at our discretion, may be limited to one use per account, and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

6. Delivery

Delivery is handled as described in our Delivery Policy. Delivery charges and timing may be confirmed with you by phone or order follow-up before dispatch. You are responsible for providing a correct phone number, city, and delivery address or pin so your order can reach you.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return under our Refund & Return Policy.
