3. Delivery Location Pin

Placing a delivery pin is always optional and is used only to help our delivery team find your address. Specifically:

• Your pinned location is used only to help deliver your order — never for any other purpose.
• Raw map coordinates are never shown publicly or to other customers.
• Our admin and delivery team can open your pinned location as a map link to help locate your address for delivery handling only.
• "Use my current location" (GPS) is best-effort — if your browser or device blocks it, or it's unavailable, you can always type your address or move the map manually to place a pin instead. You are never required to share a live location to place an order.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Process, confirm, and deliver your orders
• Contact you about your order or delivery if needed
• Let you sign in and manage your account and order history
• Keep our store secure and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Our website is built on the following services, which may process limited technical data as part of operating our store:

• Google Firebase — for account sign-in (Authentication), our order and product database (Firestore), and website hosting.
• Firebase App Check / Google reCAPTCHA — to help protect our website and database from bots and abuse.
• OpenStreetMap / Leaflet map tiles — loaded only when you open the delivery pin map. We do not use the Google Maps API. Standard web server logs (such as IP address) may apply per OpenStreetMap's own policies when tiles are loaded.

6. Payment Information

Payments are made independently through your own mobile banking or payment app. You then enter a payment reference or transaction code on our site so we can verify and confirm your payment. We do not collect or store your card, bank account, or banking login details on this website.

7. Data Security

Your account password is never stored in plain text — sign-in is handled securely by Google Firebase Authentication. Access to order and customer data in our admin system is restricted to authorised store administrators.

8. Your Choices

You can review your order history from your account page at any time. If you have questions about your data, would like a copy of it, or would like it deleted, please contact us using the details on our Contact section.
